Right of access / to data portability
You can exercise this right by going into the "Profile settings > Account settings" on the app, or the “Profile Settings” section on the web, and by clicking on Generate data” (web); or "Download my usage data" (app), which then redirects to the 'Generate data' option.
You will then receive an email once the data is ready, and you will be able to download it from the settings of your account, in the “Profile” section. You’re able to generate the full data related to your account every two weeks.
If your account is suspended or permanently banned, you will still be able to access a restricted mode that will allow you to download your Personal Information.
