First of all, please don't go :( We're confident that any problem you're experiencing can be resolved so we hope you'll allow us the chance to help you out before you make the decision to delete your account. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to talk it through with you. 

If you've made your mind up, follow these instructions: 

On web:

To delete your account, go to your account settings and open the "Profile" section, then click on the "Delete my account" button. Once you’ve confirmed, the deletion of your account will become effective after 30 days as long as you do not reconnect to your account in the meantime.

On the official apps:

Go to your Profile Settings (on iOS, just tap your avatar on the top bar, on Android, open the drawer menu. Then tap Settings / Edit Profile / Account Settings / Delete)

If your account is suspended or banned, you will still be able to access a basic version of our platform in order to exercise your rights to delete your account or request your data.
