In the event you choose to delete your user account, we will retain your account and information for 30 days and then it will be permanently deleted.
If you change your mind you can reactivate your account by logging back in (within 30 days). It's as simple as that, just log back in!
After 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted and you will be unable to reinstate it.
Dormant accounts
From time to time, we may check if a member still wants their account open due to low activity.
Members accounts where no activity is registered for at least 3 years, may receive an email stating their account will be shortly deleted.
If you have received this email, you can prevent your account being deleted by logging into your account within 7 days of receipt of the email from us.
If you don't log in within 7 days, we will amend your account to 'Pending delete' status and deleted your account after 30 days.
