Don’t worry if you’re unsure, as we don’t expect every member to know every rule or policy. All deals, vouchers, and discussions submitted are reviewed by the Community Support team, and we may add to or amend information in your deal or voucher title if we think it will help your post stand out!
What should be included?
Product / Service name(s).
Any options that are relevant ie If only blue trainers are on sale at the submitted price, this info should be included in the deal title.
Size(s) of the item ie Coca Cola 24 x 330ml / The North Face T-Shirt, Sizes S - XL.
If click & collect is available, this can be added ie Free C&C / C&C £2.95 as it's helpful info for members.

Colour options listed and Free C&C option.
If sold by a third party seller ie Amazon seller, this should be included in the title as shown below.

If you see FBA - this is short for Fulfilled by Amazon, this is where the item is sold by a third party seller (in this case UGREEN) however it's dispatched by Amazon.

Any requirement for the price such as a loyalty card ie (Clubcard Price).
If the item is Used or Refurbished, this should be included in the title.
What does not need to be included?
Retailers name (unless sold by a marketplace seller) as this info is already included on the deal card.

In the above example from 2023, Amazon was included in the title (per policy at the time) however as Amazon is already listed on the deal card in bold, this is considered as duplicated info.
Delivery fee, as this should be entered into the delivery field.
Excessive information as space is limited, so additional details can be added in the description.
Due to rules around the advertising of sales in the UK, we have to be careful when making statements such as 90% off so it's best to leave these off.
Start or end dates are not needed in titles, this is because this info should be added to the relevant fields on the submission form and then displayed on the deal card, as shown below.

These lists are not exhaustive, just the main points, please send us a message if you would like to know about any further points on deal titles.
Contracts
We are required to display the plan details for contracts such as mobile plans or TV subscriptions in the deal title, such as £12 per month & £20 Upfront.
The main deal price must reflect the total cost of the contract over the 12 months or 24 months etc including future price rises. We encourage you to submit the price with the total cost as some retailers now display this total, however if your unsure of how to work this out, don't worry submit the deal with what you can and the Community Support team will do the rest!
In the example below the retailer has included the total cost including any future price rises in the total cost as displayed on their site and this is reflected in the deal title and main deal price.

UK Mainland
If you see (UK Mainland) being added to your deal title, this is because the item can only be delivered to the UK Mainland (sometimes this means the item cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands) or there are significant upgraded delivery costs for these areas.
