When members post a general sale such as a clothing sale, we do ask that members include at least 3 to 5 specific examples of items included in the deal description. Based on community feedback, this helps members know what to expect and ensures everyone has the right information to vote fairly.
We ask that this includes -
Title of the item or service
Link to these
Prices
Additionally some members like to include images also

For some retailers it can be more difficult for the Community Support team to verify deal prices so occasionally we ask members to include a screenshot showing the final price in GBP in their deal. Some examples include -
Aliexpress
International Amazon sites
Closed schemes such as student only pricing or membership prices

International Amazon sites
Amazon sites based outside of the UK, add some additional fees at checkout and we do ask for a screenshot showing the final price in GBP. This can be achieve by choosing the Pay in GBP option as shown below -

When members post deals and vouchers, these are always verified by the Community Support team and sometimes we're unable to find the full details or relevant information which is required so we may place a deal on hold and ask members for more information.
This can include -
More info on a promo code, such as the T&Cs, end date, min spend etc
How a price is achieved such as is this a student only deal?
Proof of a local instore price such as an image of the item on the shelf or a copy of a receipt
If we ask for a screenshot or image, unfortunately the community support inbox cannot receive images, so these can either be uploaded directly to your deal (this is the easier option) or uploaded using an image hosting service, which is listed below -
https://imgbb.com/upload (you can also select when to auto delete image) - you will need to copy the link to the image in a reply to the community support team.
Timeframe
After placing a deal or voucher on hold whilst asking for additional information, we will leave this deal on hold for one hour. If the requested information has not been added after this time, we will delete the post.
We understand members lead busy lives, so if your not able to add this information within the hour, your welcome to send us a message when you can and we can review your deal at a later point.
