A year after its launch - and with new ways to earn Club points recently added - it felt like the right time to give it a proper name. So, we’re officially introducing the Hotukdeals Club!
The new speech bubble logo highlights what Hotukdeals is all about - sharing, community, and the power of helping each other.
You don’t need to apply to join the Club - as soon as your contributions earn enough Club points, your Club membership becomes active, and you start benefitting from the Club perks. In essence, it works just like the “points & rewards” programme!
You will also notice some changes in the tab name and in the menu. We've also added an overview page so you can easily find out more.
Earning Club points and contributor levels
Club points are earned through your contributions to the community. Each hot deal or helpful comment you share or votes you register can earn you Club points, that can elevate you to Silver, Gold, or Platinum contributor status, unlocking exclusive rewards at each level.
What is a hot deal?
If a deal you’ve shared reaches 100°, it’s counted as a hot deal. These deals will be listed on Trending.
What is a helpful comment?
If your comment receives at least 3 helpful reactions, it’s considered helpful.
Note: Only helpful reactions (✅ green check marks) count. Likes (👍 thumbs up) do not.
What is a registered Vote?
Earn Club points for voting! Until now, you could earn Club points by posting hot deals and writing helpful comments. Now you will also be rewarded for another crucial contribution: your votes!
Cast 3 votes (upvotes or downvotes) in any given week (Monday-Sunday) and you’ll earn 1 Club point.
You can earn a maximum of 1 Club point per week through voting. So whether you vote 3 or 100 times, you’ll still get one Club point.
Just a heads-up: if you undo your votes and drop below the 3-vote threshold, that Club point can be removed - so make sure your votes stick!
How are my Club points calculated?
You can earn 10 Club points either from a hot deal that you posted, or if a comment you made receives 3 helpful likes. You can also earn a maximum of 1 Club point per week through voting.
How often are Club points updated, and when will they reflect on my profile?
Your Club points are updated instantly, so as soon as your deal becomes hot (100° or more); or your comment becomes helpful (3 or more helpful likes on a comment); or you register 3 votes in any given week - you will see them reflected on your profile.
How many Club points do I need to accumulate to reach each contributor level (Silver, Gold, Platinum)?
Becoming a Silver contributor requires a minimum of 10 Club points
Becoming a Gold contributor requires a minimum of 30 Club points
Becoming a Platinum contributor requires a minimum of 300 Club points
How can I upgrade to a higher contributor level?
As soon as your Club points reach the threshold, you're automatically upgraded..
Can I lose Club points or do they expire after a certain period?
Yes, Club points are valid for 12 months and they expire after that. Also, if your deal drops below 100°, or if members withdraw their “helpful” reactions left on your comments, or you undo your votes - then your Club points will be adjusted.
Is it possible to downgrade to a lower contributor level?
Yes. If your Club points drop below the threshold for your current level for 7 consecutive days, then you’ll be downgraded.

How can I earn Amazon Vouchers from Category Streaks?
Category Streak Reward lets you earn Amazon vouchers by posting hottest deals. Here's how:
Post 5 hottest deals in 5 different categories, earn a £5 voucher.
Post 10 hottest deals in 10 different categories, get a £10 voucher.
Post the hottest deals in all 15 categories, and receive a £25 voucher.
An extra £20 voucher is available for Platinum contributors who post the hottest deals in all 15 categories
How can I earn Amazon Vouchers from Daily Rewards?
For the hottest deal of the day in each category, we award a £10 voucher, 2nd place gets £5, 3rd place gets £3
