Access to private messaging is limited by default to prevent abuse and spam sent through this feature. Once you become more active on the platform these limitations will lift and you'll be free to use the messaging function. 

This limitation is temporary, your messaging will automatically unlock when your account becomes active and you’ve passed our automated criteria checks. In the meantime, no manual intervention can be done to remove this limitation.
