What is NBP / Next Best Price and why not use RRP / Recommended Retail Price?

Last updated on 07 Nov, 2025

On hotukdeals we use a 'Next Best Price' to display to our members what the true saving is of a deal. This must be the price you would have to pay for the item but for the listing on hotukdeals.

While the RRP serves a purpose, we feel it is misleading to present an inflated saving to our community when the saving they're making is simply by buying the cheapest compared to the next best price.

When it comes to using next best price on your deals, please check you're comparing like for like and if unsure you can drop the team a message and they'll be more than happy to help you out.
