All stores are checked by our on-site team. They check for historical reviews of the brand, press and blog features, the business details of the company behind the brand and its trading history.
Merchants and brands who self promote or post self serving content directly on site may be suspended. Stores who frequently receive poor feedback from our users, or who suddenly become unable to offer a reliable user experience to our community, may be temporarily removed until their reviews improve.
hotukdeals is a user driven platform, and our sales and editorial team work hard to ensure neutrality. As such, all merchants and brands must connect with the sales team directly and use the B2B service centre provided.
Whether we work commercially or not with a merchant does not affect or influence our decision on whether to ban a merchant; likewise, we don't ban merchants who will not work with us commercially.
